There are two very simple reasons:
1/ People remember stories
2/ People remember how stories made them feel
And those two things help people connect to your brand. Make you much more front of mind when they come to spend money.
That’s surely a third good reason to tell a story.
Just make sure it’s a good one.
Not sure if yours is? Come on, you don’t really believe that do you? If you’ve gone to the trouble of setting up your own business then you had a moment of complete and utter self belief to do it. You have a story to tell.
So don’t let doubt set in now. If you’re just not sure how to begin, then drop me a line or find me on Twitter or Instagram (@HelenTWrites) and let’s see how your “Once Upon a Time” started off.
Whilst nothing can guarantee a happy ending to our business and life stories, some focused grafting never goes amiss at pointing us in the right direction. So, where would you begin your story? I’d love to know.
